One of our most popular doorbell nameplates – the AP-X11080 model – is a visual highlight and creates the perfect first impression for your visitors. This doorbell impresses with a combination of high-quality materials: stainless steel and black acrylic glass – two materials that easily withstand wind and weather for many years without losing their shine. Both materials are also low-maintenance. Using deep engraving, we mill your name into the acrylic glass. This creates a unique 3D effect you won't have seen on a doorbell nameplate before. Unlike laser engraving, the lettering cannot fade – so you'll enjoy your doorbell nameplate for many years. To meet your preferences, eleven different fonts are available. This lets you design your wired doorbell exactly as you envision it. Just as low-maintenance and weather-resistant as the nameplate is the doorbell button. The button is made of stainless steel and waterproof to IP67. Malmvik offers various button variants – buttons with an LED ring are especially popular, making your doorbell easy to find at night. Various colours are available (white, blue, green and red). Installation is simple: the doorbell can be fixed using a mounting plate or silicone adhesive.

Mounting

Since the doorbell button is recessed into the wall, a sufficiently large hole must be available.

Installation

Connection is made to standard doorbell wires.
For installation you need:
- Chime or buzzer
- Transformer 6V - 24V
- Two separate live 8-24V wires at the installation site.
