V4A model: 01 – Anthracite
Metzler's "Model 01" already caused a stir at the Südwest Messe 2018 with its unique, understated design – and it's sure to do the same in your entrance area!
As with all Metzler mailboxes, the same applies here too: elegant design meets functionality. The mailbox's sturdy body is made of high-quality, rustproof stainless steel (V4A). This makes the mailbox extremely robust and weather-resistant for many years. The trim is made of UV-resistant, satin-finished acrylic glass in the trending colour anthracite (RAL7016). The matte satin-finished acrylic glass not only looks elegant but is also scratch-resistant. The engraving surfaces are slightly raised, bringing them perfectly to the fore.
The advantages of the V4A version lie in its exceptional resistance. V4A stainless steel is extremely corrosion- and acid-resistant and is used, for example, in shipbuilding or swimming pools. This version is especially recommended if you live in a harbour or coastal town, as the alloy used contains a 2% molybdenum addition, which makes it particularly resistant to salt.
Thanks to the high-quality material, the mailbox is almost twice as heavy as a conventional mailbox.
To adapt the mailbox to your individual preferences, 20 unique fonts are available for the engraving.
In addition to the mailbox, Malmvik also offers a matching newspaper compartment in the same design.
The mailbox comes with two keys and a complete mounting set.
