Thanks to its IP65 certification, the Metzler VDM10 achieves the highest resistance to dust and water.

See more: instead of the usual 80°, this video door intercom offers a horizontal field of view of 146° and a vertical field of view of 82°. The VDM10 door intercom with Full HD camera guarantees a crystal-clear image, without lag or flickering. The video is relayed to the indoor unit(s) in real time.
Night blindness and poor lighting conditions are a thing of the past. The infrared LEDs in the outer ring of the camera ensure that objects up to 10 m away are shown brightly lit even in complete darkness. The integrated light sensor activates the IR LEDs exactly when they're actually needed. That's how night becomes day!
Hear and be heard like never before. The powerful microphone lets you hear the person at the door perfectly and crystal-clear. The excellent noise and echo suppression makes it feel as if your visitor were standing right in front of you.
Almost any door or gate opener can be connected to the VDM10 video door intercom. The door or gate can then be opened conveniently via the indoor unit or your smartphone. An additional security module for door control is available as an option.
The integrated tamper alarm protects your Metzler door intercom. The alarm signal, louder than 85dB, quickly scares off thieves – sticky fingers don't stand a chance!
Control all functions of the VDM10 via the intuitively operated Home | Pro | Ultra indoor units. Thanks to its large display and brilliant resolution, the touchscreen offers optimal ease of use. With live video playback, you see in real time who's ringing, and with just one click you can open the door for your visitor. User-friendly operation and simple installation make everyday life easier, along with many other useful functions.
On the go, you benefit from being able to control the VDM10 via the free smartphone app (compatible with Android and iOS). You can use your smartphone as an intercom and, thanks to live notifications, open the front door or the garage door.
