See more: instead of the usual 80°, the Metzler VDM10 offers a horizontal field of view of 146° and a vertical field of view of 82°. This video door intercom with full HD camera guarantees a crystal-clear picture, with no delay or flickering. Video is streamed to the indoor station(s) in real time.
Night blindness and poor lighting conditions are a thing of the past. The infrared LEDs in the outer ring of the camera ensure that objects up to 10m away are shown brightly illuminated even in complete darkness. Thanks to the integrated light sensor, the IR LEDs activate exactly when they're really needed. Turning night into day!
Hear and be heard like never before. The powerful microphone lets you hear the person at the door perfectly and crystal-clear. Excellent noise and echo suppression makes it feel like your visitor is standing right in front of you.
Almost any door or gate opener can be connected to the Metzler VDM10 video intercom. Opening the door or gate is then conveniently done via the indoor station or your smartphone. An additional security module for door control is available as an option.
The integrated tamper alarm protects your Metzler door intercom. The alarm signal, louder than 85dB, quickly scares off thieves – no chance for sticky fingers!

With live video playback, you see in real time who's ringing, and with just one click you can open the door for your visitor. On the go, you'll benefit from controlling the VDM10 via the free smartphone app (compatible with Android and iOS). You can use your smartphone as an intercom with door opener and, thanks to live notifications, open the front door or garage door.
